Description

Because bit times are short at 9600-baud and above, and are therefore difficult to observe on LED's, this code stretches serial Rx/Tx pulses out to 25mS for display on LED's.

Technical Details

• Pin 6 is connected to the RS-232 Rx line. The LED connected to Pin 7 shows the activity on the Rx line.
• Pin 4 is connected to the RS-232 Tx line. The LED connected to Pin 5 shows the activity on the Tx line.
